Some notes on waivers:

1. Once you put in a waiver claim (and it must contain a player to cut or it won't be accepted) the claim cannot be withdrawn. REMEMBER: If you're unsure of making a waiver claim, do not submit it.

2. The waiver order will go by worst record until we get to the ninth spot. The ninth spot is the team that would currently be the wild card if the playoffs started today. Slots ten, eleven, and twelve are the three division leaders with the worst to best records. A player is awarded to a team based on the waiver order when the waiver period for the given player runs out, not at the time they are released.

3. If there is a tie in record, then points is the tiebreaker. If two teams have the same amount of points and winning percentage then the tiebreaker will be previous season's record then previous season's points.
