January 3, 2023: The 2022 Triple Threat Old School Pro Bowl has concluded with the AFC and CFC tied for the lead due to the suspension of the Bills-Bengals Monday night game after a Bills player collapsed on the field. Since there was no winner, and the game was left incomplete, no Pro Bowl Most Valuable Player award will be named.

December 31, 2022:
Gabriel Davis (Denver) has been named to replace Deebo Samuel (knee/ankle) on the AFC Pro Bowl roster; Jaylen Waddle has been promoted to the AFC's starting lineup in place of Samuel.


December 30, 2022:
Justin Fields (Green Bay) has been named to replace Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) on the AFC Pro Bowl roster as Matthew Stafford (neck) and Kyler Murray (knee) are both inactive for Week 17.

December 26, 2022:
Congratulations to John Kmitt and the Cincinnati Cyclones as they have defeated the Washington Wildcats to win Fantasy Bowl XXIII. This is the Cyclones' second FFL championship, and their first since winning Fantasy Bowl XIX in 2018. Patrick Mahomes has been named the Fantasy Bowl MVP.

Congratulations to Monica Kmitt and the Washington Wildcats as they have defeated the Minnesota Renegades to advance to Fantasy Bowl XXIII; it is the Washington franchise's first Fantasy Bowl appearance in team history. It is also the first time under the current four-team playoff format (instituted in 2012) that the #1 seed won in Week 15.

Congratulations to John Kmitt and the Cincinnati Cyclones as they have defeated the defending champion Buffalo Stallions to advance to Fantasy Bowl XXIII; it is the Cincinnati franchise's seventh Fantasy Bowl appearance (and second consecutive). The Cyclones are seeking their second FFL title, their only one coming in Fantasy Bowl XIX in 2018.


December 13, 2022:
Congratulations to Monica Kmitt and the Washington Wildcats as they have clinched the CFC division title and the #1 seed in the 2022 FFL Playoffs; it is the Washington franchise's first division title since the then-Anarchists won the 2019 CFC title.

Congratulations to Paul Mendoza and the Minnesota Renegades as they have clinched the Wild Card; it is their second consecutive playoff appearance. The Renegades will face the Washington Wildcats in Week 15, while the other playoff matchup will have the Buffalo Stallions against the Cincinnati Cyclones.

December 12, 2022:
Congratulations to John Kmitt and the Cincinnati Cyclones as they have clinched the AFC division title; it is the Cyclones' third consecutive division title, and their fourth in the last five seasons.


December 6, 2022:
Congratulations to George Zilka and the Buffalo Stallions as they have clinched the NFC division title; it is the Stallions' first division title since winning the NFC in 2010, ending an 11-season drought. The Stallions also qualify for the playoffs for the second consecutive season, having won Fantasy Bowl XXII last season.


November 20, 2022:
The Green Bay Cheese have released Josh Reynolds and activated Christian Watson from their practice squad.

The Chicago Cougars have released Marlon Mack and signed Chase Edmonds to a league minimum deal.


November 17, 2022:
The Pittsburgh Pride have released Justyn Ross (who was on Injured Reserve at the time of his release), placed Odell Beckham on Injured Reserve (move approved by commissioner per Rule 12-B-2, as although he is not on an NFL roster, he has been recovering from injury for at least three games this season), and signed Parris Campbell to a league minimum deal.

The Buffalo Stallions have placed Cooper Kupp on Injured Reserve per Rule 12-B-4 and signed DeAndre Carter to a league minimum deal. They have also released Mike Gesicki and Randy Bullock and signed Logan Thomas and Eddy Pineiro to league minimum deals.

We are happy to announce that Jason Lawless has been officially named the new coach of the New York Freedom; he has been granted approval from the league office to relocate and rename his team as the Los Angeles Express for the 2022 season. Jason replaces Bob Doyle, who coached the Freedom from 2004 until his departure at the end of the 2021 season.

Miami Pirates coach Anthony DeVito has been granted approval from the league office to relocate and rename his team as the Carolina Playmakers for the 2022 season.
